أجّلت المحكمة العسكرية الدائمة في بيروت برئاسة العميد وسيم فياض، جلسة محاكمة الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر في 4 ملفات أمنية، إلى 12 فبراير القادم للاستماع إلى الشهود ومن بينهم أحمد الأسير.
جلسة سريّة
وعقدت المحكمة صباح اليوم، جلسة سريّة بحضور مفوّض الحكومة المعاون لدى المحكمة القاضي نضال الشاعر ووكيلة شاكر المحامية أماتا مبارك.
وتحولت الجلسة إلى سريّة بناءً على طلب شاكر ووكيلته، ولم يسمح للإعلاميين بحضورها، ولا حتى للمحامين غير الموكلين بالقضية، واستغرقت الجلسة ساعتين ونصف، تم خلالها استجواب شاكر في الملفات الأربعة.
The permanent military court in Beirut, chaired by Brigadier General Waseem Fayyad, has postponed the trial session of Lebanese artist Fadl Shaker in four security cases to February 12, to hear witnesses including Ahmad al-Assir.
Secret Session
The court held a secret session this morning, attended by the deputy government commissioner at the court, Judge Nidal al-Sha’ar, and Shaker’s lawyer, Amata Mubarak.
The session was made secret at the request of Shaker and his lawyer, and journalists were not allowed to attend, nor were lawyers not assigned to the case. The session lasted two and a half hours, during which Shaker was interrogated regarding the four cases.
