أعلنت هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات في العراق فرض عقوبات على الإعلامية مروة هاشم وقناة «عراق الحدث»، بعد رصدها مخالفات عدة في البرنامج التلفزيوني «صوت شعب».
إيقاف ومنع
وأوضحت الهيئة، في بيان رسمي، بأن العقوبات تشمل إيقاف عرض برنامج «صوت شعب» لمدة 30 يوماً، ومنع ظهور مقدمته الإعلامية مروة هاشم على الشاشة لمدة 90 يوماً، مع إلزام القناة بحذف الحلقة محل المخالفة، التي تضمنت إساءة إلى أحد ضباط وزارة الداخلية العراقية، إلى جانب تقديم اعتذار رسمي وعلني لكل من وزارة الداخلية والضابط المُتضرر، مشيرة الى أن العقوبات استندت إلى الصلاحيات المخولة لها وذلك عقب رصد مخالفات جسيمة وفادحة لقواعد البث الإعلامي المعتمدة، في الحلقة التي بُثت بتاريخ 27 يناير 2026 من برنامج «صوت شعب».
الإساءة لضابط
وبينت الهيئة أن المخالفات المنسوبة للبرنامج شملت التحريض على العنف، ومخالفة قواعد الآداب والذوق العام، وترويج مواد كاذبة وباطلة، فضلاً عن عدم تحري الدقة والشفافية في نقل المعلومات، بما يُعد خرقاً صريحاً لقواعد هيئة الإعلام والاتصالات المنصوص عليها، كما تبنى البرنامج في الحلقة المُشار إليها، ترويج محتوى بصري مزيف منقول عن منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، تضمن ادعاءات غير أخلاقية طالت أحد ضباط وزارة الداخلية، ما أسهم في تضليل الرأي العام والإضرار بسمعة المؤسسة الأمنية الوطنية، وفقاً للبيان.
The Communications and Media Commission in Iraq announced the imposition of sanctions on journalist Marwa Hashim and the channel “Iraq Al-Hadath,” after several violations were observed in the television program “Voice of the People.”
Suspension and Prohibition
The commission clarified, in an official statement, that the sanctions include the suspension of the “Voice of the People” program for 30 days, and the prohibition of its host, journalist Marwa Hashim, from appearing on screen for 90 days, along with obligating the channel to delete the episode in question, which included insults directed at an officer from the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, in addition to issuing a formal and public apology to both the Ministry of Interior and the affected officer. It pointed out that the sanctions were based on the powers granted to it following the observation of serious and blatant violations of the approved broadcasting rules in the episode that aired on January 27, 2026, of the “Voice of the People” program.
Insulting an Officer
The commission indicated that the violations attributed to the program included incitement to violence, violation of public morals and decency, and the promotion of false and invalid materials, in addition to a lack of accuracy and transparency in conveying information, which constitutes a clear breach of the rules set forth by the Communications and Media Commission. Furthermore, the program, in the aforementioned episode, promoted misleading visual content taken from social media platforms, which included unethical allegations against an officer from the Ministry of Interior, contributing to misleading public opinion and harming the reputation of the national security institution, according to the statement.
