أعلنت روسيا تمديد حظر صادرات البنزين حتى نهاية العام في إطار جهودها لمعالجة نقص الوقود المحلي، مع الإبقاء على خطة لرفع حظر صادرات الديزل فور استقرار السوق.
وذكر نائب رئيس الوزراء الروسي ألكسندر نوفاك أن الحكومة ستلغي حظر تصدير الديزل في الوقت المناسب لتجنب تراكم المخزونات لدى المصافي واضطرارها إلى خفض الإنتاج.
مشكلات الإمداد
وأوضح نائب رئيس الوزراء الروسي ألكسندر نوفاك خلال اجتماع حكومي بثه التلفزيون أن بلاده فرضت يوم 8 يوليو الجاري حظراً على تصدير الديزل وستبدأ في استيراد الوقود، وذلك في إطار الإجراءات الرامية إلى معالجة مشكلات الإمداد واسعة النطاق فيما يتعلق بالبنزين والديزل.
وأضاف نوفاك: «تم اليوم فرض حظر على تصدير وقود الديزل، مما سيتيح زيادة في المعروض بالسوق المحلية»، في اعتراف بالقلق إزاء النقص في محطات التزود بالوقود. وتواجه روسيا أزمة وقود منذ أشهر بعدما كثفت أوكرانيا هجماتها على المصافي النفطية، ما دفع الحكومة إلى فرض قيود على الصادرات واتخاذ إجراءات لدعم الإمدادات المحلية.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that the government will lift the diesel export ban in due time to avoid stockpiling at refineries and forcing them to cut production.
Supply Issues
During a government meeting broadcast on television, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak explained that his country imposed a ban on diesel exports on July 8 and will begin importing fuel, as part of measures aimed at addressing widespread supply issues concerning gasoline and diesel.
Novak added: “A ban on diesel fuel exports has been imposed today, which will allow for an increase in supply in the local market,” acknowledging concerns about shortages at fuel stations. Russia has been facing a fuel crisis for months after Ukraine intensified attacks on oil refineries, prompting the government to impose export restrictions and take measures to support local supplies.
