تراجع سعر الذهب اليوم عن أعلى مستوياته في أسبوعين، وسط تصاعد التوترات في الشرق الأوسط وارتفاع أسعار النفط.
واستقر الذهب في المعاملات الفورية عند 4,132.01 دولار للأوقية (الأونصة)، بعد ارتفاعه إلى 4,165.87 دولار في الجلسة الماضية، وهو أعلى مستوى له منذ 7 يوليو الجاري.
وانخفضت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب تسليم أغسطس القادم بنسبة 0.4% إلى 4,134.60 دولار.
وبالنسبة للمعادن النفيسة الأخرى، ارتفع سعر الفضة في المعاملات الفورية بنسبة 0.3% إلى 59.90 دولار للأوقية، فيما صعد سعر البلاتين بنسبة 0.7% إلى 1,656.24 دولار، وزاد سعر البلاديوم بنسبة 0.8% إلى 1,301.25 دولار.
The price of gold today retreated from its highest levels in two weeks, amid rising tensions in the Middle East and increasing oil prices.
Gold stabilized in spot transactions at $4,132.01 per ounce, after rising to $4,165.87 in the previous session, which is its highest level since July 7.
U.S. gold futures for August delivery fell by 0.4% to $4,134.60.
As for other precious metals, the price of silver in spot transactions rose by 0.3% to $59.90 per ounce, while the price of platinum increased by 0.7% to $1,656.24, and the price of palladium went up by 0.8% to $1,301.25.
