قررت الفنانة التونسية لطيفة، بالتنسيق مع الشركة المالكة لحقوق عدد من أعمالها، اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضد المطرب توليت، بعد اتهامه باستخدام لحن أغنية «في الكام يوم اللي فاتوا» في عمل غنائي جديد، إلى جانب توظيفه في تراك دعائي لإحدى شركات الاتصالات دون الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة.
تفاصيل الأزمة
وأكد الملحن وليد سعد، صاحب لحن الأغنية، في بيان صحفي، أنه بدأ اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية للحفاظ على حقوقه الفكرية، موضحاً أن الأغنية قدمتها لطيفة عام 2008 من كلمات نادر عبدالله وألحانه، مشدداً على رفضه استخدام أي من أعماله دون موافقة مسبقة.
المطالبة بحذف الأغنية والإعلان
وأشار وليد سعد إلى أن التحرك القانوني يهدف إلى وقف استخدام اللحن محل النزاع، مع المطالبة بحذف الأغنية والإعلان اللذين تضمناه، مؤكداً أن القضية تتعلق بحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية والحفاظ على قيمة الأعمال الفنية من أي استغلال غير مصرح به.
دعم من الشركة المالكة للحقوق
من جانبها، أعلنت الشركة المالكة لحقوق عدد من أعمال لطيفة دعمها الكامل للإجراءات القانونية، مؤكدة تمسكها بحقوق الأغنية واتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لوقف أي تعدٍ على ملكيتها الفنية.
تزامن مع ألبوم لطيفة الجديد
وتأتي هذه الأزمة بالتزامن مع طرح لطيفة أولى أغنيات ألبومها الجديد «شبهي بالمللي»، الذي حظي بتفاعل واسع وتصدرت أغنيته الأولى قوائم الأكثر تداولاً في مصر وتونس.

Composer Walid Saad, the owner of the song’s melody, confirmed in a press statement that he has begun taking legal action to protect his intellectual property rights, explaining that Latifa presented the song in 2008 with lyrics by Nader Abdullah and his composition, emphasizing his refusal to allow any of his works to be used without prior approval.
Demand to Remove the Song and the Advertisement
Walid Saad pointed out that the legal action aims to stop the use of the disputed melody, along with demanding the removal of the song and the advertisement that included it, confirming that the case relates to protecting intellectual property rights and preserving the value of artistic works from any unauthorized exploitation.

For its part, the company that owns the rights to several of Latifa’s works announced its full support for the legal actions, affirming its commitment to the rights of the song and taking all necessary steps to stop any infringement on its artistic ownership.

This crisis comes at the same time as the release of Latifa’s first songs from her new album “Shabhi Bil Melli,” which has received wide interaction and its first song topped the most circulated lists in Egypt and Tunisia.
