اعترف الفنان المصري كريم فهمي، بمروره بحالة من الغرور في الثلاثينيات من عمره، واصفاً بعض تصرفاته في تلك الفترة بأنها غير ناضجة، مشيراً إلى أن تلك كانت من أصعب الفترات في حياته، خاصة أنه كان يرى نفسه أفضل مؤلف في مصر، إلا أنه بات يعلم الآن أن هناك من يستطيع التفوق عليه.
سبب الغرور
وأوضح فهمي، خلال ظهوره في بودكاست «g.talks»، أن فترة الثلاثينيات كانت الأصعب بالنسبة له بسبب حالة التخبط التي عاشها فيها، مشيراً إلى أنه إذا سأله أحد عن أسوأ سن مر به، فسيقول: الثلاثينيات، لافتاً إلى أن هذه المرحلة العمرية يعتقد الإنسان أنه ناضج، ولكن جميع تصرفاته كانت لشاب في العشرينات.
وأضاف: كنت أخبر أصدقائي المقربين بأنني أفضل مؤلف في مصر، إلا أنني بت أعلم الآن وجود كتاب آخرين لديهم أدوات وأساليب يتفوقون بها علي.
وتابع: «أقول لنفسي، هناك أحسن وأعظم منك الآن، وهناك من يستطيع كتابة أشياء أنت لا تستطيع كتابتها»، مشيراً إلى أن تلك الفكرة تسببت في تعطيله كثيراً، بحسب تعبيره.
رد راندا البحيري
من جانبها تفاعلت الفنانة المصرية راندا البحيري مع تصريحات كريم فهمي بشأن تلك الفترة، مشيرة إلى أنها لمست هذا الأمر خلال العمل معه في مسلسل «حالة عشق» الذي عُرض في 2015.
وكتبت قائلة: «ياه يا كريم، أقسم بالله ريحت قلبي علشان أنا اشتغلت معاك وأنت في التلاتينات، وأنت فعلاً كنت شايف نفسك، وأنا كنت بقول شكله أطيب وأشيك وألذ بكتير من إنه يكون تِنِك أيام مسلسل (حالة عشق) بس أنا بحبك أوي والله العظيم».
ومسلسل «حالة عشق»، شارك في بطولته عدد كبير من نجوم الفن من بينهم مي عز الدين وراندا البحيري وبوسي وحازم سمير وسامح الصريطي وكريم فهمي ومي عمر وهالة فاخر وعمر مصطفى متولي وعايدة رياض. والمسلسل من تأليف محمد صلاح العزب، وإخراج إبراهيم فخر.
The Egyptian artist Karim Fahmy admitted to going through a phase of arrogance in his thirties, describing some of his behaviors during that time as immature, noting that it was one of the most difficult periods in his life, especially since he saw himself as the best writer in Egypt. However, he now realizes that there are others who can surpass him.
Reason for Arrogance
Fahmy explained during his appearance on the podcast “g.talks” that his thirties were the hardest for him due to the confusion he experienced during that time, pointing out that if someone asked him about the worst age he went through, he would say: the thirties. He noted that at this age, a person believes they are mature, but all of their actions were those of someone in their twenties.
He added: I used to tell my close friends that I was the best writer in Egypt, but I have come to learn that there are other writers who have tools and methods that surpass mine.
He continued: “I tell myself, there are better and greater people than you now, and there are those who can write things you cannot write,” indicating that this idea has hindered him a lot, as he expressed.
Randa El Behairy’s Response
For her part, the Egyptian artist Randa El Behairy reacted to Karim Fahmy’s statements about that period, noting that she sensed this during her work with him on the series “Halet Eshq,” which aired in 2015.
She wrote: “Wow, Karim, I swear you eased my heart because I worked with you when you were in your thirties, and you really did see yourself that way. I thought you looked much kinder, more elegant, and more delightful than being a brat during the series (Halet Eshq), but I love you so much, I swear to God.”
The series “Halet Eshq” featured a large cast of art stars, including Mai Ezz El Din, Randa El Behairy, Bossi, Hazem Samir, Samah Al Seryty, Karim Fahmy, Mai Omar, Hala Fakher, Omar Mostafa Metwally, and Aida Riyad. The series was written by Mohamed Salah El Azab and directed by Ibrahim Fakhr.
