وأوضح جلال خلال استضافته في برنامج «آخر النهار» بأنه لا يجد أي حرج في الحديث عن أجره الحقيقي، مشيراً إلى أن المقابل الذي يحصل عليه يزيد قليلاً على 10 ملايين جنيه وليس 40 أو 50 مليون جنيه كما يشاع، لافتاً إلى أنه يعد من أقل النجوم أجراً مقارنة بعدد من زملائه في الساحة الفنية.
وأضاف ما يتم تداوله حول حصوله على عشرات الملايين عن المسلسل الواحد لا يمت للحقيقة بصلة، لافتاً إلى أن الشائعات كثيراً ما تبتعد عن الأرقام الحقيقية.

He added that what is being circulated about him receiving tens of millions for a single series is completely untrue, emphasizing that rumors often stray far from the actual figures.
