في خطوة إنسانية، لفت الفنان السوري الشامي الأنظار بموقف مؤثر، بعدما أعلن تكفله بتأمين منزل لطفل سوري كان يعمل في بيع البسكويت بشوارع دمشق لمساعدة أسرته على سداد إيجار المنزل.
تفاعل سريع من الشامي
وجاءت المبادرة عقب تداول مقطع فيديو للطفل أحمد، ظهر خلاله وهو يتحدث بعفوية عن عمله اليومي في الشارع لتوفير احتياجات أسرته، مؤكداً رفضه أن تضطر والدته للعمل، الأمر الذي أثار تعاطف وتفاعل عدد كبير من المتابعين عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وعد قبل العيد
من جانبه، تفاعل الشامي مع مقطع الفيديو بشكل لافت، إذ أعاد نشره عبر حسابه الرسمي على «إنستغرام»، معبراً عن تأثره الشديد بكلمات الطفل ومعاناته، قبل أن يعلن بشكل مفاجئ تحمله مسؤولية شراء منزل للأسرة.
وأكد الفنان السوري في رسالة وجهها للطفل وعائلته أن عيد الأضحى القادم سيحل عليهم داخل منزل جديد، مشيراً إلى أنه لن يسمح باستمرار معاناتهم مع الإيجار أو ظروف الحياة الصعبة.
تأمين المنزل رسمياً
كما تمكن الشامي من الوصول إلى الطفل أحمد ووالدته بعد جهود من البحث والتواصل، ليعلن لاحقاً الانتهاء رسمياً من تأمين المنزل الجديد للأسرة.
من جهته، أعرب الطفل أحمد عن سعادته الكبيرة بالمبادرة، مؤكداً أن دعم الشامي منحه شعوراً بالأمان وأعاد إليه ثقته بالناس، فيما رد الفنان عليه بعفوية قائلاً: «من اليوم اسمك أحمد البطل».

The initiative came after a video clip of the child Ahmed circulated, in which he spoke candidly about his daily work in the street to provide for his family’s needs, affirming his refusal to let his mother work, which evoked sympathy and interaction from many followers on social media.
Promise Before Eid
For his part, Al-Shami reacted to the video clip remarkably, as he reshared it on his official Instagram account, expressing his deep emotional response to the child’s words and struggles, before unexpectedly announcing that he would take responsibility for buying a home for the family.
He assured the Syrian artist in a message directed to the child and his family that the upcoming Eid al-Adha would find them in a new home, indicating that he would not allow their suffering with rent or difficult living conditions to continue.
Officially Securing the Home
Al-Shami was also able to reach Ahmed and his mother after efforts of searching and communication, later announcing that he had officially completed securing the new home for the family.
For his part, Ahmed expressed his great happiness with the initiative, affirming that Al-Shami’s support gave him a sense of security and restored his trust in people, while the artist responded to him spontaneously saying: “From today, your name is Ahmed the Hero.”
